RESOLUTION NO. 1735
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING INITIAL VIEW OF LEGISLATIVE BODY
THAT DEBT LIMITATION WILL NOT BE EXCEED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 19th day of May, 1952, adopt its
Resolution No. 1754 entitled "A RESOLUTION FOR PRELIMINARY DETEEMINIATION OF LEGISLATIVE BODY UNDEE 'SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
INVESTIGATION, LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 19Bl' FOR TEE IMPROV~4ENT OF SECOND LANE BETZfEEN CHESTNUT AVENUE
AND EUCALYPTUS AVENUE IN TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO."
NOW, TME. REFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that after
taking the steps provided by Section 2 of said act above referred to, it is the initial view, finding, and determination
of this City Council that the contemplated improvement described in said Reso.~ution No. 1754 above referred to, is one
in which the probably assessments will not exceed the limitations set 'up by said act above referred to;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Clerk of said City of South San Francisco is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice of said contemplated improvement by mailing to interested property owners a "Notice of Proposed Assessment,"
in the time, form, and manner, and to the persons, all as provided in Section 13 of said Act above referred to.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of May, 1952, by the following vote:
