RESOLUTION NO. 1766
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, did on the 2nd day of June, 1952, pass
its Resolution of Intention No. 1762 to order certain work to be done and improvement to be made as described in said reso-
lution, and
WHEREAS, said City Council finds that the SOb~H SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL is a newspaper published in said
City of South San Francisco, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal,
a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, be, and the same is, hereby designated by
the City Council of said City as the newspaper in which shall be published all notices, resolutions, orders or other matters
required by law to be published in connection with the proceedings had and taken pursuant to said Resolution of Intention
No. 1762.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the 2nd day of June, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit:
