A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CT~RRK OF TEE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO EXECUTE A Dk~Z~ TO CERTAIN PROPERTY TO
TEE SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE CC~PANY, A CORPORATION.
RESOLVED that the mayor and the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco are hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the San Francisco Bridge Company a deed in the attached form.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of June, 1952, by the following vote:

GRANT DEWD
For good and valuable consideration, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, a political
subdivision of the State of California, does hereby grant to the San Francisco Bridge Company, a corporation organ-
ized and existing under and by virtue of the laws 8f the State of California, an easement for railroad purposes,
which easement is for the benefit of that certain 98.586 tract of land described in a deed from the United States of
America tO the San Francisco Bridge Company, a corporation, recorded on June 17, 1948, in Volume 1479 of Official
Records of San Mateo County at page 476, which easement extends across a portion of the parcel of land described in
a certain deed from the United States of America to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and
which easement is particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of said parcel of land, which point bears North 80o 47'
East 621.00 feet from the southwesterly corner of said parcel; thence along said southerly line
North 80° 57' East 98.00 feet; thence North 25° 16' 24" West 826.88 feet to au angle point in the
northerly line of said parcel; thence along said northerly line South 84° 00' West 53.00 feet;
thence South 22° ll' 09" East 818.18 feet to the point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF SAID municipal corporation has caused its name to be hereunto subscribed by its mayor
and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto by its city clerk, first thereunto duly authorized by resolution of the
City Council of said city, each as of the BOth day of June, 1952.
