A RESOLUTION FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FR~ THE
SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE COMPANY, TO BE USeD FOR TEE LOCATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF SLUDGE BEDS IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF
TMM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT, A~D ACCEPTING TEE
D~m~ TO SAID PARCELS OF LAND.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city purchase from the San Francisco
Bridge Company for the sum of TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DO7.~.ARS ($2,500.00), the parcels of land described in that certain deed
executed .by said San Francisco Bridge Company, and a copy of which is attached hereto. Said parcels of land are to be
used for the location and maintenance of sludge beds to be maintained in connection with the operation of the South San
Francisco Sewage Disposal Plant. The mayor and city clerk of said city are hereby directed to draw a warrant on the treasury
of said city, payable to the order of the San Francisco Bridge Company, in said sum of TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLT.ARS
BE IT FUR~ RESOLVED that said city does hereby accept a deed from said San Francisco Bridge Company in the
form and content of ~he copy annexed hereto, provided that the same be accompanied by a policy of title insurmme, in-
suring to the City of South San Francisco marketable title to said property. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to
order such policy of title insurance from the California Pacific Title Insurance Company at the expense of the City of
South San Francisco.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.

the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of June, 1952, by the following vote:
