A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO

FRANCISCO, ~HEREBY SAID CITY GRANTS TO SAID ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP
P~t~fISSION TO MAKE SE~ CONNECTIONS TO THE AVALON PARK SANITARY OUT~
FALL SEWER IN RET~tN FOR A DEI~ OF EASEMENT.
RESOLVED bythe City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city shall enter
into an agreement with THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF SAN PI~ANCISCO, a corporation sole, whereby
said city shall grant to said corporation sole the privilege of making sewer connections, without
any charge being made therefor, for church, school, convent, parish house, or slmilsr, related, or
incidental structures which may be hereafter erected and mai~tained upon the land described in that
certain deed t o THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ABSHbishop of San Francisco recorded under File No. d7021-J,
SanMateo County Records, Said privilege of making sewer connections without charge is being gran-
ted to said corporationsole in consideration ~f a deed dated June 30, 1952, whereby said corpor-
ation sole did grant and convey to said city an easement for the installationand maintenance of
the Avalon Park sanitary outfall sewer, without any consideration being paid therefor. It shall
also be provided in said agreement that the property of said corporation sole, which is described
in t he aforementioned deed, shall not be assessed for the cost of making the installation ~f said
Avalon Park sanitary outfall se~er, said deed of easement also being regarded as full considera-
tion for said public improvement.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
ef said city.
I hereby certify that the forgoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by~!~the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of July , 1952,
by the following vote:
