ESTABLISHING PP~A!LING ~VAGE SCALE
RESOLV~ED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
~EREAS the Works Engineer of said City has ascertained the general prevail-
tn~ r~e or per diem wages in the locality in ~hich public work is proposed to be performed
for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No.1785 adopted
the 10th day of July,1952; and
~{~E.~.S this City Council has duly considered said scale and finds the same to
be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS H~R~iBY FO~D, DETEP~INED, AND ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specificatiohs is hereby adopted
as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above des-
cribed in the locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed.
2. That not less than said general prevailing rate of per diem wages shall be
paid for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution of Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting thereof held on the
10th day of July, 1952, by the following vote, to-~it:
