RESOLI~flON DIRECTING THE ASSF~$S}~ENT TO BE
MADE AND SIGNED BY THE ~'~GINEER OF 'VORK.
WHERE~AS,the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did on the 23rd day of
June, 1952, pass a Resolution ordering certain work and improvements to be made in pursuance
of proceedings taken under the "Improvement Act of 1911" and which are described in Resolution
of Intention No. 1762, passed June 2, 1952, reference to which resolution is hereby expressly
made for further particulars; and
~E~EAS, said City Council desires that the assessment hereafter to be made in the proceedings
shall be made and signed by the Engineer of ].'~ork instead of by the Supert~tendent of Streets
of said City, now, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED: By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the assessment hereafter
to be made, covering the costs and expenses of said work to be done and improvement bo be made,
as described in said Resolution of Intention No. 1762, shall be made and signed by the En-
gineer of ,York instead of by the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
I hereby certify that She foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by
the City Council of the City of Sou~h San Francisco at a regular meeting thereof held on ~
the 21st day of July, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit:
