A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED
AND INSTALLED IN THE SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS "STERLING MANOR
NO. ~'2"
~EREAS all the streets, c~rBm, gutters, sidewalks, sewers, and other public improvements
have been fully and completely constructed and installed in the subdivision known as "STERLING
MANOR NO. 2"; and
~EREAS Sterling Building Company, the developer of said subdivision, has a~reed in writ-
ing to be responsible for the condition and effectiveness of the catch basin located between
Lots 6 and 7 in Block 1 of said subdivision and in the event said catch basin should prove in-
adequate at any time in the future, to make such improvements, at its sole expense, as the works
engineer or city engineer shall recommend,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of t he City of South San Francisco
does hereby approve and accept the subdivision knowm as "STERLING ~NOR NO. 2", subject to the
provisions of that certain writinE or letter received from Sterling Building Company, the de-
veloper of said subdivision, which ~iting is on file with the City Clerk and is dated July 21,
1952.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at
a meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 18th day of August
1952 by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Meonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
Noes, Councilme~ None
Absent, Councilmen None ~.
