RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER
"~.~i~Yt~ EAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, did on the 6th
day of' October, 1952, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 182& to order certain work to be done
and improvement to be made as described in said resolution, and
WHEREAS,' said City Council finds thst the SOUTH SAN FPJ~NCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL is a news-
paper published in said City oI' South San Francisco, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the South San Francisco
Enterprise-Journal, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco,
be, and the same is, hereby designated by the City Council of said City as the newspaper in which
shall be publishedall notices, resolutions, orders or other matters required by law to be published
in connection with the proceedings had and taken pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 182~.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Co~cil of the City of South SanFrancisco at an regular meeting held on the 6th day of
October, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit~:
Ayes, Councilmen Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen John Noonan
Arthur A. Rodondt
