RESOLI~TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EX?~UTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BET~VEEN SAID CITY AND THE So~rHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, A
OHPORATION.
WHEREAS the City of South San Francsico is desirous of procuring a license from the
Southern Pacific Company to permit said city to install a twenty-four (2A) inch reinforced
concrete pipe under the railroad track of said company at Spruce Avenue in said city, which
pipe is to constitute an integral part of a storm drain system; and
WHEREAS Southern Pacific Company is willing to give to said city a license to enter
upon said company's proper~ty for the purpose of installing said drainage pipe,
NOW, THERE~O~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said city enter into an agreement with said Southern Pacific Company whereby said company grants
to said city a license~for the purposes aforesaid.
The mayor is herebYauthorized to execute said license agreement on behalf of said city,
and the city clerk is hereby directed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the 20th day of
October, 1952, by ehe following vote, to-wit:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Ssni, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
