PERFO~;D ~'!~ER RESOLUTIO~ OF INTE?,~TION NO. 1785 ADOPTED
JULY 10, 1952.
"~EREAS no person has, in ~,~riting, complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City
of So. th San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets of said
city upon the property deoiared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentio, ed in Resolution
of Intention No. 1785, sdopted July 10, 1952, and all oral protests being hereby overruled,

assessment be, and the sar:re is hereby, confirmed.
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directea to deliver to the contractor, who
performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 1785, said assessment, to
which shall be attached a ,~arrant authorizing ssid '~ontra~tor to demand and receive the several assess-
ments upon sa~d assessment, in the ~mnner and form req~ired by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly int~ed~eed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Fran.]isco this 5th day of January, 1953, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Ssni, Emil~ ~ortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
