~EREA$ the City Court of the City of South San Francisco and similar courts throughout the
State of California have ceased to exist as of the ath day of January, 1953, in accordance with the
vote of the people of this State, said co,~rt having bee~ supe'~seded by the ~unicipal Court In and For
the Northern Judicial District, County of San ~teo, State of California; sad

~+th day of January, 1953, did serve the City of South San Francisco as its City Judge with the ut-
most loyalty, faithfulness and competence; ~nd
~MEREAS said Jud7e $. K. Robbins, as s loyal gnd faithf~l public servant, contributed great-
ly, by untiring effortS, to the upbuitding and imorover~ent of the City of South San Francisco; ~nd
~l~{EAo said Judge S. R. Robbins has been respected and held in h~.gh esteem by litigants and
.members of the Bar, and other members o~ the judiciary of this State who hsd contact with him in his
official capacity,
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that this
City Co,moil extends to Judge S. K. ~obbins its sincere appreciation for his services to said City of
South San Francisco, and does also express to aim the highest co.~mendation for the manner in which he
has fulfilled the duties of his ol'l'iae.
BE IT w~'~.!{ 2ESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the ~Jinutes of the City Council and
that a parchment copy thereof be forwarded to Judge S. K. itobbins.
I hereby certify t}~at the foregoing resolution was reg%:lsrly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, th~_s 19th day of January, 1953, by the following vote:
