A RESO~JTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING THE I~COMM~NDATIONS OF THEPLANNING
COMMISSION OF SAID CITY AND DIRECTING THAT A VARIANCE PER-
MIT BE ~;!~NTED TO DOMENICO COLOMBO.
'~HEHEAS DOMENICO COLOMBO is the owner of' that certain real property, commonly known and designated
as Nos. ~37-&39 Second Lane inthe City of South San Francisco, and whereas said person has applied to the
planning commission of the City of South San Francisco for a variance permit to erect along the easterly
side of the apartment building now standing on the premises a4'x55' porch, together with a stairwa~ and
supporting posts, which porch and stairway, it is proposed, shall extend to the eastery property line of
said premises; and
.WHEREAS the planning commission of the City of South San Francisco has, after holding a public hear-
ing following publication of proper notice, recommended that, subject tO certain conditions, a variance
permit be granted to DOMENIC COLOMBI) allowing said person to construct a porch and stairway as aforesaid;
and
~E~EAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has duly considered in open meeting the
application of said DOMENICO COLOMBD for such variance permit; and
~.~'~EREAS it has been clearly demonstrated to said City Council that a hardship case exists and that
such variance permit should be granted,
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that the recommendations of the planning commission,
be, and the same hereby are approved, and the building inspector of the City of South San Francisco is
hereby; directed to .~ssue to said DOMENICO COLOMBO a variance permit allowing said construction of a porch
· ang stairway, as aforesaid, subject to hhe conditions recommended by the planning commission of' said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of
the City of ~outh San Francisco at a re$~lar meeting thereof held on the 16th dya of Februa~, 1953, by the
following vote:
