A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF A PORTION OF "B" STREET LYING B_~
ORANGE AVENUE SOUTH AND SOUT~ SAN FRANCISCO HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTY, IN
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DURING THE YEAR OF 1953.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, iu open session on the 4~th day of March,
1953, duly open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals for the repairing of a portion of "B" STREET lyim~ between
Orange Avenue South and South San Francisco High School Property iu the City of South San Francisco, iu accordance
with the plans and speciflcatious heretofore approved and adopted by said City Council, and which are now onfile with
the clerk of said city, together with the furnishing of all necessary materials and labor iu connection with said
major street repair work,
RESOLVED by said city council that all said bids, except that next hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same
hereby are, rejected, and that said city council hereby awards the contract for said work to The Fay Improvement Co.
at the price named iu its bid.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the contract for said work with said successful
bidder.
