A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMEqDING RESOLUTION NO. 1805
WHFREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco adopted Resoltuion No. 1416 on February
21, 1949, designating Leo Ferko, then Mayor *of said city, as authorized agent to submit an application to
the Director of Finance requesting an allotment under the provisions of Chapter 20, Statutes of 1946; and
WHEREAS said City Council adopted a second resolution, on September 8, 1952, being ResolUtion No.
1805, authorizing the submission of an amended application to the Director of Fir~nce; and
WHEREAS said Resoltuion No. 1805 should have contained a paragraph rescinding and superseding Reselu-
tion No. 1416, adopted on February 21, 1949, as aforeaaid; and
WHE%EAS said Resoltuion No. 1805 specified that the t. otal estimated cost to be paid for the construction
of the South San Francisco-San Bruno Sewage Treatment Plant was NINE HUNDRED TWEqTY-~X~HT'THOUSAND; NINEjMUNJD~E~
which figure did not include the sum of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN and 62/100 DOLLARS ($65,111.62),

~otaz estimated cost of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND THIRTY-SIX and 62/100 DOLLARS ($994,036.62).
NOW, THEREF(RE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1805, adopted September 8, 1952, as aforesaid, be
and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto the following paragraph:
"BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that any and all previous applications for
this project an any and all resolutions authorizing the same be, and
they hereby~e, rescinded and superseded."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Resoltuion No. 1805 be, and the same hereby is, amended to specify
that the total estimated cost to be paid for the said South San Francisco-San Bruno Sewage Treatment Plant
is NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND, THIRTY-SIX and 62/100 DOLLARS ($994,036.62) rather than the sum of
NINE HUNDRED TWEqTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED TWE~-FIVE DOLLARS ($928,925.00), as now specified there-
in.
I hereby certify that the?foregoing resoltuion was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, ~alifornia, at a regular meeting there6~ held on the 20th day
of April, 1953, bythe following vote, to-wit:
AYES, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
NOES, Councilmen None
