ISSUANCE OF I~.fi°ROV~U~T BONDS.

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
Section 3 of Resolution No. 18.~9 ProvidinE for the Issuance of Improvement Bonds, adopted
by this Council on May 18, 1953, be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"3. That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments in the
amount of $33,551.60 in accordance with the provisions of said Improvement Bond Act of
1915, and under and pursuant to the provisions of said Resolution of Intention No. 1666
and the proceedings thereunder duly had and taken; that said bonds shall be forty-five
(l~5) in number, shall be dated May 1E, 1953, and bear internist at the rate of five per
cent (5%) per annum from September 15, 1952, and the denominations of said bonds and
the interest coupons required to be attached thereto, with the respective numbers and
dates of maturity~ are as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paragraph 4 of said Resolution be, and it i~ hereby, ame~ed
to read as follows:
"4. ~ith reference to ssid bonds, the first coupon attached to the bonds of the denomination
of $1,000 is $6&.86 and the subsequent coupons attached to said bonds shall be $25.00. The
first coupon attached to the bonds of ~he denomination of $237.~4 shall be $15.40 and the sub-
sequent coupons attached to said bonds shall be $5.9A.
BE IT FURT~'R RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution
to the City Auditor and City Treasurer,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
at a regularly meeting of the City C~uncil ~f theCity of South San Francisco held on the 6th
day of July, 1953 by the following vote, to-wit:
