A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A
DEED FROM TERESA UCCELLI TO CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED IN I';ESTVIEW TERRACE SUBDIVISION
NO. 1 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAIN-
AGE FACILITIES IN SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the~City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city accept that certain deed dated the l?th day of March, 195~, whereby TERESA
UCCELLI conveys to said city,a fee title to certain nroperty for the purpose of
installing and maintaining storm drainage facilities for said city. Said property
is particularly described in said deed.
The Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby instructed to cause said
deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby :certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City ~ouncil of the City of South San Francisco at a regularly ad-
journed me&ting held this 2~th day of March, 195~ by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Te~tford Smith.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Joseph Bracco.
