A RESOLU?ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRJ~!CISCO A DEED DEDICATING TO SAID CITY ALL
THE STREETS, HIGHWAYS, ..\LLEYS, AND SANITARY A~D STORM SEWER
LINES IN INDUSTRIAL VILLAGE (PROJECT CAL. -15-1)
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City acceot a grant deed whereby the Housing Authority of the City of South San
Fr.~ncisco grants ~-~nd conveys to said City, by way of dedication, all the Dublic
streets, highways, alleys, and sanitary and storm sewer lines situated in that
Federal Housing Project comr~only known as "Industrial Village" or more particularly
kDown as "Project Cal.-15-1" Said de~.d is dated April 5th, 195& and particularly
describes the area occupied by public streets, highways, alleys, and sanitary and
storm sewer lines.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to--said deed~ together with a
certified cony of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of the County of San ~%ateo. Further, said City Clerk is hereby instructed to for-
ward a certified copy of this resolution to the Housing Authority of the City of
South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intorduced and
adopted at a re~ul~r mneting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
held this 5th day of April, 1954 b7 the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith.
