A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH
BARRETT "~ HILP DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City enter into two (2) written contracts with Barrett & Hilp Development
Company, a private corporation, which are this day presented to said City Council~
the first of said agreements dealing with the proposed annexation of certain terri-
tory to said City to be known as "Buri~Buri No. 3" and the second dealing with the
improvement of the Buri-Buri park area~ which has heretofore been dedicated to said
City. The mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said contracts on be-
half of said City, and the city clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and
affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said city clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to Barrett & Hilp Development Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the
21st day of JUne, 1954 by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, John Noonan, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, George
Bosworth.
Noes, Councilmen, ~None .
Absent, Councilmen, None.
