A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING M~D ADOPTING
AN ~FFICIAL ASSE?SOR'S MAP
%~IEREAS there is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
of the City o£ South San Francisco true and correct photostatic
copies of the official assessment maps for the area comprising said
City of South San Francisco, as prepared and used by the Assessor
of the County of San Mateo and designated as Assessor's Map of South
San Francisco, Nos.l-30, inclusive and 1st Twp. 15 and 1st Twp. 39;
and
~EREAS the Director of Public Works of said City has
delineated upon said maps the correct boundaries of said City; and
hSrEREAS said Director of Public Works did, on the 15th day
of September, 195~, approve said maps and certify to their accuracy;
and
WHEREAS it is necessary, as well as desirable, to have an
Official Assessor's Map of the said City for the use of the Assessor
of said City in the assessing of valuations to all the real property
lying within said City in connection with the performance of his
official duties as such Assessor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the aforementioned maps,
considered collectively,be,and they hereby are, approved and
adopted as the Official Assessor's Map of s~,id City.
BE IT FURTHER EESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the aforementioned maps and designate them as the Official
Assessor's Map of the City of South San'Francisco.
