THE CITY.0F SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING Thee EXECUTION OF AN A~REE~iENT BET~TEEN SAID CITY AND THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN ~':RANCISCO PROVIDING FOE THE GRANTING OF A ~VOCABLE PE~'~'~T TO SAID CITY BY SAID CITY AND COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING BY EXCAVATI©N AN ~.PEN DRAINAGE DITCH AND ~;~AINTAINING THE SA~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter into an agreement with the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of California, whereby said City and County does grant to said City a revocable permit for the purpose of constructing and maintaining an open drainage ditch as described in the form of s~id revocable permit( dated September 1~,1954) and as indicated on the plat attached thereto. The'Mayor of saig City is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on ~,ehalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City. T hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution waz regularly introduced amd adopted by the City Council of the Uity of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this ~th day of October, 1954, by the following vote: AYES, COU~CILI~'%N NOES, " ABSENT " Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Camlen None None ATTEST: Arthur A.
