SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 2087, ADOPTED
ON DECEMBER 6, 195~
BE IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No. 2087,
adopted by said City Council on the 6th day of December, 1954, be amended so that the last paragraph thereof
shall read as follows:
"BE IT FURIwm~ EE~oOLVED that, pursuant to the authority granted to said City Council under the
provisions of SectiOn 37203 of the' GOVe.~..~-~nt C~le o~ t~ State of California, all checks issued as prOVided·
in the preceding paragraph shall bear the manual sigmature of the City Clerk (or that of his duly authorized
Deputy) and that the signature of no other person shall be necessary, or required, for the validity of such cheCks."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of Jan,~mry 1955, by the following vote:
