HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2102-1955EESOLUTION NO. 210~ A EESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC~ OF THE CITY OF SOUT~ SAN FRANCI~O ACCEPTING A D~ TO CERTAIN PROPERTY DEDICATED TO SAID CITY BY THE SOUTH SAN FRANCI~O UNIF~ SCHOOL DISTRICT BE IT RESOLV~D by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City accept that certain Deed of Dedication dated November 16, 195~ whereby THE SUJTH SAN FRANCISCO D~Jm'lEu SCB00L DISTRICT grants and conveys to said City all that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, au~ particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Granada Drive with the dividing line between Lots 15 and 16 in Block 2 as said Drive, Lots and' Block are shown on that certain map entitled "Avalon Park South San Francisco, California," which map was filed July 7, 1949 in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California in Book 30 of maps at pages 32, 33 and 34; thence from said point of beginning North 31° 19' 40" West 25 feet to the centerline of said Granada Drive; thence along said centerline North 58° 40" 20" East 10.12 feet; on a cux-,e to the left tangent to the preceding course, said curve having a radius of 75 feet, through a central angle of 89° 58', an arc length of 117.77 feet, and North 31° 17' 40" West tangent to the preceding curve 58 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 58° 42' 20" East 2~ 'fe~t to the intersection of the Northeasterly line of Granada Drive and the dividing line between Lots. 20 and 21 in said Block 2; thence along the Northeasterly, Easterly and Southeasterly line of Granada Drive, South 31° 17' 40" East 58 feet, on a curve to the right tangent to the~ preceding course, said curve having a radius of 100 feet, through a central angle 89© 58' an arc length of 157.02 feet, and South 58° 40' 20" West tangent to the preceding curve 10.12 feet to the point of beginning. The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, together with a certified copy of this Resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 17th day of January 195~, by the following vote: AYES: COUNC~ Andrew Rocca, Richard Gamlen, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith, and Francis Lucchio.
