A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI~E CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AWARDING THE SALE OF BONDS TO THE HIGHEST AND
BEST BIDDER,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
of San Mateo, State of California, that
Francisco, County
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisim~s of Resolution of Intention No. 1.osV, as
an~nded, adopted by said City Council on the 18th day of March, 1~4, and its Resolution
No. 2119, adopted on the 7th day of March, lOSS, calling for bids in connection with
the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to said Resolution of Intention,
published notice of the sale of said bonds has been duly given; and
W~REAS this is the time and place fixed in said Resolution and notice for re-
ceiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, 'an~ whereas written bids have been received
and have been publicly opened, examined, and declared by said City Council,
NOW, THERE?ORE, IT IS ~-H~REBY 0RDE~ED as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, except~ing the
bid here in stst ed, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they
hereby are, ordered sold to Hannaford & Talbot as the highest responsible bidder therefore,
with interest to the date of delivery of said bonds, said sale to be subject to all the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds.
2. That the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to have said bonds printed
forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed, and delivered to said bidder
upon receipt of the f~ll amount of the bid therefor, together with interest, as above
specified, but not otherwise, and upon the complete performance of all the conditions con~
ta~ned in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be
