A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~ANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE
CALIFORNIA STATE PERSONNEL BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter
into an ~greement with the California State Personnel Board in the form submitted to said City Council,
the purpose of said agreement being to arrange with said Personnel Board to prepare examinations for
the classified civil service positions in said City. The duration of said agreement is for the fiscal
year commencing on July 1, 1955, and terminating on June 30, 195~.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 1st day of August, 1955,
by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
