A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE FEE FUNDS FOR ANY AND ALL
PURPOSES DESIGNATED BY APPLICABLE LAW OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THE
ACTUAL EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS TO BE FOR SUCH PURPOSES AND IN SUCH AMOUNTS
AS THE CITY COUNCIL SHALL, FROM TIME TO TIME, DETERMINE.
WHEREAS the City of South San Francisco receives regularly from the State of California its
proportionate share of Motor Vehicle License Fee Funds, as collected by the State of California; and
WHEREAS such Motor Vehicle License Fee Funds may be used for various purposes, as defined
applicable State law; and
WHEREAS, from time to time, it becomes advisable, in the interests of the City of South Sa~
Francisco and the general public, that expenditures be made of such Motor Vehicle License Fee Funds,
so allowed by applicaSle State law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the Motor Vehicle License Fee Funds of said City may be used for any and all lawful purposes, as
specified by applicable law of the State of Calffornia, the actual expenditures to be for such purpo;
and in such amounts as said City Council shall, from time to time, determine.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of August,
1955, by the following vote:
