A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APP~O¥ING CONSTRUCTION WOP~ ON THE INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE PU~PlNG STATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING' FINAL PAYMENT TO THE ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION AND
ENGINEERING CO.
WHEREAS construction work upon the industrial sewage pu~ping stations has been fully co~pl
by the contractor, Associated Construction and Engineering Co. of Californ~a, Inc., a private
~alifornia corporation; and /
WHEREAS Louis Goss, the Director of Public Works of the City of South San Fran~isco, and
C. E. ltaadlett, as the Engineer in charge of work on the industrial sewer project, have reported
that said ptmp~ng stations have been completed by said Associated Constructio~and Engineering Co.
in accordance wtththe plans and specifications for such work; and
WHEREAS said Director 6f Public Works and C. E. Randlett recommend t~e acceptance of same
by the City of South San Francisco,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that the recommendations of the Direct
of Public Works and C. E. Randlett be, and they hereby are, accepted, and final payment for such
construction work is hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of Augus
1955, by the following vote:
