A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH .SAN FRANCISCO
INSTRUCTING THE DIRECTOR OF J PUBLIC WORKS AS EX-OFFICCIO SUPERINTENDENT
OF STREFrs OF SAID CITY TO PREPARE AND FILE- WITH THE CITY CLERK AN AMENDED, OR
DIVIDED, ASSESSMENT FOR THE SUBDIVISION AREA KNOWN AS "AIRPORT BLVD. INDUSTRIAL
TRACT" WITH RESPECT TO THE ASSESSg_~NT ARISING OUT OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
PROCEEDINGS FOR AIRPORT BOULEVARD SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS a portion (A description of the original area comprising said portion, to Esther
w~th descrtpt&ons of the two (2) parcels into which said original area is subdivided, is attached
hereto and marked "Exhibit A'.) of the area comprising a part of the Airport Boulevard Sanitary
Sewer District has, subsequent to the assessment becoming a lien upon the lands comprising the said
assessment district, been subdivided into two (2) lots, rendering it necessary to segregate and
apportion the unpaid installments of the' original assessment in accordance with the benefits to
the several parcels or lots of land compr~sing said subdivision known as "AIRPORT BLVD. INDUSTRIAL
TRACI"; and
WHEREAS there-is presently owing and unpaid upon the assessment liens against the lots
or parcels of land comprising said new sUbdivision the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-
THREE and 24/lOOths DOLLARS ($8,383.24) as principal, plus the additional sum of THREE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED AND NINE AND 54/100ths Dollars .($3,409.54) as interest which will accrue upon said
principal sum,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that, pursuant to the provAsions of Section 8730, et seq., of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, the Director of Public Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of
said City be, and he hereby is, instructed to make and prepare a report and an amended, or
divided, assessment of the original area of land affected by the aforementioned subdividing,
together with a map or plat showing the subdivision of said area. Further, upon the filing of a
report'and amended, or divided, assessment, by the Director of Public Works, the City Clerk of
said City shall fix a time and place for a hearing upon the amended, or divided, assessment and
shall give notice of the hearing by publication, as provided by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of
August, 1955, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL AREA
Ail that certain real property situated in the City of South San Francisc°, County of
San Mates, State of California, described as follows:
Ail those Portions of Tide Land Lots 22, 23 and 24 in Section 27, Township 3 South,
Range 5 ,West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Tide Lot 24, distant thereon North
89° 57' 30'" East 33.20 feet from the easterly line of that certain 7.596 acre parcel of land
described in Parcel One of the Deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company to
Pacific Gas and Electric Company, dated April 3, 1925 and recorded February 26, 1926 in Book 210
of Official Records of San Mates County at page 107 (54968-A), said point being the .southeasterly
corner of the lands described in the Deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company,,
to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, dated February 5, 1947 and recorded March 13, 1947 in Book
1338 of Official Reoords 6~ San Mates County at .page 71 (54926-G); thence from said point of
beginning along the northeasterly line of the last mentioned lands described in the Deed to the
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (54926-G), North 7 o 58' West 242.57 feet to the aforementioned
easterly line of the 7.596 acre parcel of land of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company first
above mentioned (54968-A); thence along said easterly line, North 0° 06' We~t 593.40 feet; thence
leaving said easterly line, North 75v 12' East 17.04 feet; thence North 54° 25' 50'" East 515..74
feet to the southwesterly line of the Bayahore Highway, as established by the Deed from the South
San Francisco Land and Improvement Company to the State of California, dated.October 11, 1926 and

line of the lands of Poletti 160.80 feet to a point; thence S 35v 34' 10" E 250.00 feet; thenCe
N 54o 25' 50" E, 9.78 feet; thence northeasterly 75.45 feet along an arc of-a circular curve having
a radius of 430.00 feet., tangent to the preceding course and curving to the right through a central
angle'of 10° 03' 10"; thence N 64° 29' E 30.00 feet to the said southwesterly line of Airport
