A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM ROY C. MORTON AND ARDIS L. MORTON TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 20th day of October, 1955,
whereby ROY C. MORTON and ARDIS C. MORTON grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco
certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Deed
of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on. the 7th day of
November, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen and Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
