RESOLUTION NO. 2279
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION FROM GIUSEPPE CUNEO AND.IDOLINA CUNEO,
HIS WIFE, AND ANTONIO GARBARINO, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 16th day of November, 1955,
whereby GIUSEPPE CUNEO and IDOLINA CUNEO, his wife, and ANTONIO GARBARINO grant and convey to said
City of South San Francisco an easement interest (together with reasonable rights of access thereto)
in, across, over, upon, and through that certain real property situate in th~ County of San Mateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
A five-foot strip of land within that certain 3.512 acre parcel described under
Deed No. 81314K, San Mateo County Records, extending from the northeasterly right-of-way line
of the Southern Pacific Railroad Go the southwesterly right-of-way line of Mission Road and
lying parallel and adjacent to the south~terly property line of the aforesaid parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
November 1955 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Ga~len, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
