A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ~087, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 6, 1954.
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2087, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FORT HE PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND CLAIMS BY CHECK ANDDESIGNATINGTHE CITY CLERK
AS THE MUNICIPAL OFFICER WHO SHALL SIGN ALL SUCH CHECES"~ passed and adopted on December 6, 1954, be, and the
same hereby is, amended so that there shall be deleted therefrom all reference to payment of claims by check. In
that connection, it is hereby directed that all claims shall be?paid by warrant drawn upon the Treasurer of the
City of South San Francisco, said warrants to be drawn in the manner specified in Resolution No. 2009, entitled
"ARESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRA2~CISCO AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS TO DRAW
WARRANTS UPON THE CITY TREASURERV, passed and adopted on May B, 1954.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of December 1955, by
the following vote:
