SOUTH SAN F~NCISCO IN MEMORY OF ADOLPH SOLDANI,
AN EMPLOTEE OF THE PUBLIC 'WORKS DEPARTM~? OF
THE ~ITY OF SOUTH SAN FR/dICISCO
RESOLUTION NO. 2325
WHEREAS it has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to remove from
our midst ADOLPH SOLDANI: and
WHEREAS mr. Soldani, a native of Italy, was, for forty-three (&3) years
last past, a resident of the City of South San Francisco, State of California; and
WHEREAS Mr. Soldani was employed by the Department of Public Works of
the City of South San Francisco from the 1st day of February, 1937 until his untimely death on
the 23rd day of February, 1955; and
~HEREAS said Adolph Soldani, as a loyal and faithful public servant,
contributed greatly, by untiring efforts, to the upbuild~_ng and improvement of the City of
South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS Mr. Soldani was an active church member, a home-loving man, and
the father of two grown and well-bred children, a man of integrity, and otherwise an example
of the best citizenship,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that this City Council laments the passing of ADOLPH SOLDANI and extends its
sincere sympathy to his family in their hour of sorrow.
BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the official
minutes of this City Council and that copies thereof together with parchment certificates of
merit, be sent to the members of the family of ADOLPH SOLDANI.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 5th day of March, 1956, by the following vote:
