A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City enter into an agreement with the South San Francisco Unified School District in the form
submitted to said City Council, the purpose of said agreement being to inaugurate and provide
for a community recreation program so that said City may avail itself of the recreational fac-
ilities of said School District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that the Mayor of said City shall be,
and he hereby is, authorized to execute the same on behalf of said City. The City Clerk of said
City is hereby instructed to attest to said agreement and to affix thereto the corporate seal
of said City. Further, said City Clerk shall forward to the Board of Trustees of said School
District a certified copy ~ this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned
regular, meeting held this 5th day of July 1956, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Leo Ryan, G. J. Rozzi, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, None
Absent, Councilman Rocca
