A R~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND HAAS-~AYNIE-
UTAH, A COPARTNERSHIP, PERTAINING TO THE DEVELOP-
M~T OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS HAAS-HAtG~IE-UTAH, a :copartnership, is desirous of entering into an agreement with the
City of South San Francisco with respect to the development of South San Francisco Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interests of the City of °outh San Francisco to enter
into said agreement with said HAAS-HAYNIE-UTAH, a copartnership,
NOW, T~EKEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco that
said City enter into an agreement with HAAS-HAYNIF~UTAH, a copartnership, with respect to the development
of South San Francisco Industrial Park in said City of South San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City, and that the City Clerk of said city be, and he,hereby is, directed
to attest thereto and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisde at an adjourned regular meeting held this
27th day of August 1956, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryan
