A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GIVING NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNFiCATION OF C~RTAIN CONTIGUUUS UNINHABITED
TFRRITORY TO SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,

~'~EP?~AS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has received a written petition to
annex the hereinafter described real property to said City of South San Francisco ~B'u~inh~bited~.b~rribory:
All that certain property situate in the County of San ~teo, State of California, described
as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
BEGINNING at the point of intensection of the Northeasterly~curved line of Junipero Serra
Boulevard as established by Deed from Flood R~alty ~o~, a corporation, to Joint Highway District No. lO of
the State of California, a public corporation, dated November 9, 1938 and recorded November 28, 1938 in
Liber 810 of Official Records at page 396 and the Northwesterly line'of the property firstly described in
Deed from M. L. Fruhling to. California Pacific Title & Trust Company, a corporation, recorded March 26,
19Al in Liber 95A of Official Records at page A27; running thence North 60° 25' 38" East alon~ said North-
westerly boundary line 1230.92 feet to an angle point therein marked by a concrete monument "L. S. 189A";
thence South 23° 28' East along the boundary line of the property described in Deed to California Pacific
Title & Trust Company 657.29 feet to an angle point therein marked by a concrete monument "L. S. 189A"; thence
leaving said boundary line and running South 55° 18' A8" West 945.13 feet to the Northeasterly curved
boundary line of said Junipero Serra Boulevard; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly curved
boundary line of Junipero Serra Boulevard having a radius of A076 feet and an arc distance of 770.98 feet
to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING 17.20A acres more or less.

BEGINNING at an iron pipe monument marking the most Easterly corner of the parcel of land
described in Deed to WalterNeugebauer and wife, recorded January 23, 19A3 in Liber 1OA7 of Official Records
at page 28A, which point bears North 31° 15' West 865.95 feet and South 55° 07' 30" West 1437.72 feet from
the most ~esterly corner of Block "G" as said Block is shown on the map entitled "TRACT NO. 53A MAP NO. 1
COUNTRY CLUB PARK SAN MATEO COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Sen ~.~teo, State of California on May 9, 19Al in Liber 23 of Maps at pares SA, 55 and 56; thence
from said point of beginning South 31° 15' East 357.12 feet; thence South 58° A6'West 903.82 feet more or
less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Junipero Serra Boulevard asestablished by Deed to Joint
Highway District No. l0 of the State of California, a public corporation, recorded November ~8, 1938 in
Liber 810 of Official Records at page 395; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line along the
arc of a curve to the left with a radius of AO76 feet, 300.00 feet more or less to the most Southerly
corner of the aforementioned parcel of land described in Deed to Walter Neu2ebauer and wife; thence
along.the Southeasterly boundary line thereo~ North 55° 07' 30" ~ ~'~ ~ '
East ~described in Deed as South 55° 18' A8" .'~est) 9A5.13 feet to the~poiht of beginning.

%~EREAS the territory hereinbefore described is in fact uninhabited territory; and
%~EREAS said City Council has found, and does hereby find, that petitioners %~LTER
NEUGEBAUER and IDA NEUGEBAUER, his wife, are the owners of more than one-fourth (i/A) of the area of the
land hereinbefore described and representing more than one-fourth (i/A) of the assessed value of said land,
according to the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San M~teo.
NOW, TH~} FORE, BE IT RESOLVrq3 by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City Council hereby designates the territory hereinbefore described as "PINEVI~,~ CR~T" for the purposes
of identification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Monday,
the 15th day of October 1956, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in
said City of South San Francisco be, and the same are, fixed as the time and place when and where any person
or persons owning real property within the territory hereinbefore described, end so proposed to be annexed,
end having any objection to the proposed annexation of said territory may appear before said City Council
and show cause why said territory should not be annexed.
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circula-
tion published in said Ciby of South San Francisco, and likewise for two (2) consecutive weeks in the San
Mateo Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San M~teo, but elsewhere than in
~he City of South San Francisco, both of said publieations to be completed at least twenty (20) days pr~r
to the date of the ~earing provided for in the paragraph next above.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned
regular meeting held this llth day of September 1956, by the following vote:
