THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
Regular Meeting
June 1, 1983
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency meeting to order at 7:14 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Vice Chairman Emanuele N. Damonte,
Members Ronald G. Acosta, Roberta Cerri Teglia, Gus NiColopulos
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Assistant
Secretary Louis Dell'Angela
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there was nothing to add to the evening's agenda.
2 ROVAL OF Member Teglia moved, seconded by Vice Chairman Damonte, that the
~_ UTES: Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Mayl8, 1983, be approved. Motion,
as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
APPROVAL OF Executive Director Birkelo explained that the Agency Treasurer was ill
BILLS: and was not present this evening.
Member Nicolopulos inquired as to how much was outstanding on the
Caputo contract. Mr. Birkelo replied that this would be explained
later by the Director of Public Services who had not yet arrived.
Member Acosta moved, seconded by Member Teglia, that the claims as
submitted for payment for June 1, 1983, be approved. Motion, as made
and seconded, was unanimously approved.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Addei§o stated that there would be a clOsed session for a
report on negotiations. The Board absented itself at 7:16 p.m.
RECONVENE Chairman Addiego recovened the meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
at 7:40 p.m. He stated that no action had been taken by the Board.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Addiego asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished
to speak on matters concerning the Redevelopment Agency.
No one spoke.
ADJOURNMENT Member Teglia moved, seconded by Member Acosta, that the meeting be
...... adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded was unanimously approved.
