A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING THE CITY CLERK AS'THE OFFICER
AUTHORIZgD TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION OF
DEEDS AND GRANTS
WHEREAS, it is required that the City file a resolution designating an
officer to submit and consent to recordation of deeds and grants made to the City
and the City Council desires that the City Clerk be the officer so designated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby designate Arthur A. Rodondt, City Clerk, as the
officer authorized to submit for and consent to recordation of deeds and grants
of real property made to the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1957,
by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryan
NOES, None
ABSENT,Councilman Francis Lucchio
