A REsoLUTIoN'ESTABLISHINGPREVAILING WAGE

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of. 8outh San Francimco, Calif-
ornia, that
WHEREAS, the City Councilofmatd City has amcertainedthe general pre-
vailing rate of per diem wagem'ln the locality in which public work im propomed to
be performed for work of a mimllar character to that demcribed in Resolution of
Intention No;' 2608 adopted'Ap'ri! 7, 1958;
WI~REAS, maid rate ofper diem wages ia met forth and containedin the
specifications for maid project, eop~ea of whichare on file in the office of the
Director of Public Workm and also tn the office of the City Clerk of maid City;
and
WHERF, qS, this Council has duly con~idured maid scale and finds the same
to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFOP~- IT 18 HEREBY FOUND, D~T~3~INEDand~OR~D, am follows:
1. That maldwage scale am met forth'in matdap~cifications ia hereby
establimhedand'adopteda~ the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a
similar character to that above dsmcribed in the locality in which such public
work ia proposed'to bel~erformed,
2. That not leas than maid prevailing rate of per diem wages shall be
paid for any work proposed to be performed under maid Resolution of Intention.
I h~reby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly intro~hlemd andadopted by the City Council of the City
of South ~an Francisco at a regular feting held thim 7th day of
April, 1958, by the following Vote:
