A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT AND APPROVING BOND FOR MAINTENANCE AND
REPAIR OF PONDEROSA P~)AD FROM SOUTHWOOD CENTER 'TO FAIRWAY DRIVE
WHEREAS, the improvement of Ponderosa Road from Southwood Cent*er to Fairway
Drive has been accepted by the City, and
WHEREAS, Developer has tendered a Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 524174
(Seaboard Surety Company) in the sum of Six Hundred Thirty and no/100 Dollars ($630.00),
pursuant to City Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~IT RESOLVED that the improvement bond heretofore posted is
released and the City is hereby authorized to accept the Guarantee Agreement and Bond
for maintenance and repair.
BE IT FURTHER'RESOLVED that th® Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
accept and execute said Guarantee Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco
and the City Clerk is instructed to attest thereto to his signature.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of April, 1958, by the
following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi, Leo Ryan
and Patrick Ahem
