A RESOLUTION OF THE- CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ABANDONING AND VACATING A PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENT IN SOUTH SAN FRANC'iSCO'INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2614, passed and adopted on the 7th day
of April 1958, the Cfty Council declared its intention to abandon a public service
easement in South San Francisco~ Industrial Park Unit No. 1 and more particularly
deecribed therein, and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was duly given and held on the 5th day of May
1958 at 8:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS~ from the evidence received at said hearing the City Council finds
that the easement described in the Resolution of Intention No. 2614 is unnecessary for
present and prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fqllowing described public service
easement in South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. I be vacated:
That certain 10 foot public utilities easement
extending entirely across Lot i of Block 5 and
lying contiguous to and southerly of the northerly
boundary line of said Lot 1, as said lot, block,
and public utilities easement are delineated and so
designated upon the map entitled, "South San Fran-
cisco Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South San Francisco,
San Marco County, California", and filed for record
September 14, 1956, in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Marco, State of Calif-
ornia, in Volume 46 of Maps at pages 5, 6 and 7.
which was dedicated to the City of South San Francisco by map entitled, "South San
Francisco Industrial Park No.'l", approved August 27, 1956, bY the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco and recorded September 14, 1956, in Volume 46M,
Official Records of San lateo County at pagesS, 6 and 7 (88069N), the original of
which is on file in the City Clerk's office in the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1958, by the following vote:
