A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
MADRONE AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Remolution of Intention No.
2608 adopted by the City Council of said City on April 7, 1958, was $10,951.54, and fol-
lowing the opening of bids therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $9,342.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Director of Public Works reduce
each of the assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said
estimates, which change may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filing an
amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 19th day of May, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern.
NOES, None
ABSENT, Emilio Cortesi
