A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONCURRING-IN THE APPOINTMENT
OF THE MEMBERS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, DESIGNATING THEIR TERMS AND DESIGNATING
THE FIRST CHAIRMAN
WHEREAS, G. J. Rozzi, Mayor of the City of South 8an Francisco, has appointed five
(5) resident' electors of the community as members of the Redevelopment Agency of South San
Francisco and designated the first chairman from among the members to be F. D. Minucciani,
whose term of office is that portion of the calendar year remaining after he being so
designated, and
WHEREAS, three (3) of the members have been designated to serve the terms as
follows: F. D. Minucciani, one (1) year; Rudy Santini, two (2) years; Anita Robertson,
three (3) years from the date of their appointment, May 19, 1958, and two (2) of the mem-
bers, Henry Venturi and Joseph Leonard, have been designated to serve for terms of t bur (4)
years from the date of their appointment, ~ay 19, 1958, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to concur
in the appointments, designation of chairman and designation of terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the said City Council concurs in the appointment of the following members for the
terms as designated from the date of appointment, May 19, 1958.
F. D. Minucciani - 1 year
Rudy Santini - 2 years
Anita Robertson - 3 years
Henry Venturi - 4 years
Joseph Leonard - 4 years
and further concurs in the appointment of the first chairman, F. D. Minucciani, and his
term of office for that portion of the calendar year remaining after being so designated.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
