A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS

that
RESOLVED, by th~ City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2608 adopted by said Council
on April 7, 1958, and its Resolution calling for bids on sale of bonds Pursuant thereto,
adopted on July 7, 1958, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving bids for the
purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, excepting
the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and
they are hereby, ordered sold to STONE & YOUNGBE~G as the highest responsible bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the te~s and conditions set forth in
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds
printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to
said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor together with accrued interest to date of
delivery, and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed at
the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 21st day of July, 1958, by the following vote:
