A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
KNOWN AS WILLOW ROAD
Good and sufficient cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, as follows:
Section 1. It is the intention of said City Council, pursuant to Public Service
Easement Vacation Law (Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chaper 2, Article 5, Government Code,
Sections 50430 et. seq.), to order the following described portion of a public service
easement used for roadway purposes in said City to be vacated expressly reserving and
excepting any easemen~for sewers, storm drains or other utilities or services:
That portion of Willow Avenue within the confines of the property owned by
the County of San Mateo within the City of South San Francisco more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point which marks the intersection of the
northwesterly line of Willow Avenue and the northeasterly
line of Mission Road, which point bears south 33° 52' 56"
West, 370.03 feet from the most southerly corner of Lot 8,
Block 2, Map Regli Tract filed April 7, 1924, in Book 11
of Maps at page 63, Official Records of San Mateo County;
thence from said point of beginning north 53° 15' east,
along said northwesterly line of Willow Avenue a distance
of 411.45 feet; thence south 33° 52' 56" east, 50.06 feet
to the southeasterly line of Willow Avenue; thence along
said southeasterly line of Willow Avenue south 53° 15' west
411.45 feet to the northeasterly line of Mission Road;
thence along said northeasterly line of Mission Road north
33° 52' 56" west, 50.06 feet to the point of beginning.
Reference is made to San Mateo County Assessor's Map of South San Francisco #5 on
file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, South San Francisco, which details location
of said roadway.
Section 2. Said City Council hereby fixes Monday,'the 20th day of October,
1958, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in said
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the time
and place for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the vacation of
said public utilities easement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City.Council of. the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 1958, by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
