A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS AND DISBURSEMENTS OF MONIES
FROM ESCROW IN INSTALLATION OF WINSTON MANOR NO. I INTERCEPTOR SEWER
BE IT RESOLVE~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
agreements between the City, Developer, and Plaintiffs in actions 70563 and 68995,
Superior Court of San Mateo County, regarding the installation of Winston Manor No. 1
Interceptor Sewer and the settlement of claims,.be approved for execution, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreements on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco, and the City Clerk attest thereto to his signature.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Dismissals with Prejudice heretofore filed in
escrow, be filed with the County Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that from the escrow account the sum of FIVE THOUS-
AND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,400.00) be disbursed to Fred Berretta and Treasure
Island Trailer Court, Inc. and the sum of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00) be retained
for a period of days; the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Six and 13/100
Dollars ~1,986o1~ to be distributed to, as payees: Winston Manor Home Owners Associa-
tion; Russell Stroud and Lois Stroud, his wife; Alan Payton and Edith Payton, his
wife; and Antonio Gaudio, their attorney; and the balance in said escrow be paid into
the General Fund of the City of South San Francisco, all in accordance with the agree-
ment with the Developer, Stoneson Development Corporation. '
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February, 1959, by the
following vote:
