A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING AMENDED ASSESSMENT UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.2764 - INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 2-C
ZONE 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Superintendent
of Streets of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2764 adopted by this
Council on April 6, 1959, and the .provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and
said assessment was confirmed by this Council on April 20, 1959, and recorded in the
office of the Superintendent of Streets of this City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assess-
ments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have
been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on
said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. .The Engineer of Work shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City
Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said
parcels being designated Assessment Number 3.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be segre-
gated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original
lots or parcels and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the
original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots
or parcels of land.
3. That Tuesday, the 8th day of September, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, be, and the
same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before
said Council..
4. That the City Clerk shall publish a notice of said hearing twice in the
South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated in said City, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before
said hearing.
I hearby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu-
lar meeting held this 3rd day of August, 1959, by the following vote:
