ORDERING VACATION OF TWO ANCHORAGE EASEMENTS IN BLOC~ 4,
INDUSTRIAL PARX UNIT NO. 2-C
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, and this
Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that
1. The City Council did, on the 8th day of September, 1959, adopt its Res-
olutiOn No. 2862 of Intention to Vacate Two Anchorage Easements in Block 4, Industrial
Park, Unit No. 2-C, in said C~ty.
2. Said resolution recited that proceedings were being undertaken pursuant
to the Public Service Easem®nts Vacation Law for vacating said easements.
3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published aa required by law, and
notices of its passage entitled "Notice o f Proposed Vacation of Two Anchorage Easements
in Block 4, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C", were duly posted in the time, manner and for~
provided by law, all aa appear from the affidavits of publication and posting on file in
the office of the City Clerk of said City.
4. Monday, the 5th day of October, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of SOuth San Francisco, were fixed
in said Resolution of Intention aa the time and place when and where any and all persons
interested in, or having any objections to, said proposed vacation might appear before
said Council and be heard.
5. No objections of any kind or character have been made, or were made, or
filed, against said proposed vacation, and all persons desiring to be heard, were heard.
6. It ia to the 'interest and convenience of the City of South San Francisco
that said anchorage easements for pole lines be, and they are hereby vacated. Said:ease-
ments are situated in said City of South San Francisco and are more particularly described
aa follows:
An easement 1~ feet wide on either side of the dividing line between
lots 14 and 15 for a distance of 20 feet southwesterly from lozzi Way; and
An easement 3 feet wide for a distance of 20 feet southwesterly from Rozzi
Way the southeasterly line of which comences at the curve from Rozzi Way
to Littlefield Avenue;
All in Block 4, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C.
7. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intrO-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 5th day of October, 1959, by the following vote:
