HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2886-1959RESOLUTION NO. 2886 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE ANCHORAGE EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT - INDUSTRIAL PABX UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONES 1 AND 2 RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City of South San Francisco, California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that Sec. 1. Vacation Law. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Public Service Easements Sec. 2. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this COuncil to vacate anchorage easements and a public service easement situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more parti¢ ularly described as follows: (a) 3 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 23 1.5 x 20 feet in the Southwest corner of Lot 23 1.5 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 22 1.5 x 20 feet in the Southwest corner of Lot 22 1.5 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 21 All located in Block 3 of Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zone 2. (b) A 10 foot public service easement in Block 14 through the westerly portion of Lot 8 and the easterly portion of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1, extending between the sOutherly line of Utah Avenue and the northwesterly line of Littlefielg Avenue located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zone 1. Reference is hereby made to the map entitled '*Vacation of Easements in Blocks 3 and 14, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C", which map. ia on file in the office of the City Cler of said City. Sec. 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, November 16, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the council Chambers, City Hail, South San Fr~c~ California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, Or having objections to, the proposed vacation of said easements, may appear before said Council and be heard. ~ec. 4. The City Clerk of said City shall publish this Resolution once in a newl paper of general circulation published within said City, in the manner prescribed by law for publishing resolutions for said City. Sec. 5. Notices of the vacation of each of said easements shall be posted con- spicuously along the line of each easement, or part thereof, proposed to be vacated at leal ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at least three shall be posted along the line of each easement.
