A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT OF THE
PLANNING CO~ISSION REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS R-3, RESTRICTED
MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS
FIXED TO SAID REPORT AND RECO~k'ENDATIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Co~aission of the City of South San Francisco has duly filed
its report and recommendations to rezone certain parcels hereinafter described R-3, Res-
tricted Multiple Residential District, after hearings and proceedings in accordance with
the Government Code of the State of California and relevant ordinances of the City of South
San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco desires to approve
said rezoning and endorse it to evidence that it has been adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby approve the report and recommendations of the Planning Comission of
said City to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 353, as amended, and in particular Section 2.2 of
said Ordinance, so as to zone or rezone certain parcels described as follows to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 of Ashton Avenue lots bounded by Willow Avenue
and that parcel on the easterly side of Willow Avenue being the westerly 120'
of the northerly 212.81 feet of Parcel 17 and the westerly 120' of Parcel 18,
South San Francisco Map No. 21, so that said parcels which are now zoned R-2
shall be zoned or rezoned R-3
and further orders the endorsement of said report and recommendations by the si~nature of
the Mayor of the City of 8outh San Francisco attested to by the City Clerk to show that
said report, recommendations and additions have been adopted by the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby order the drafting of an
ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 353, as amended, and in particular S~ction 2.2 of
said Ordinance to effect said zoning change.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 19th day of October, 1959, by the following vote:
