A RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION OF ANCHORAGE EASEMENTS
AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONES 1 AND 2
RESOLVED, by .the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that
1. The City Council did, on the 19th day of October, 1959, adopt its Reso-
lution · No. 2886 of Intention to Vacate Anchorage Easements and Public Service Ease-
ment located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2,. in said City.
2. Said resolution recited that proceedings were being undertaken pursuant
to the Public Service Easements Vacation Law for vacating said easements.
3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law,
and notices of its passage entitled "~otice of Proposed Vacation of Anchorage Easements
and Public Service Easement, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2", were duly
posted in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as appear from the affidavits
of publication and posting on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
4. Monday, the 16th day of November, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, were fixed in said
Resolution of Intention as the time and place when and where any and all persons inter-
ested in, or having any objections to, said proposed vacation might appear before said
Council and be heard.
5. No objections of any kind or character have been, or were made, or filed,
against said proposed vacation, and all persons desiring to be heard, were heard.
6. It is to the interest and convenience of the City of South San FranciSco
that said easements be, and they are hereby, vacated. Said easements are situated in
said City of South San Francisco and are more particularly described as follows:
(a)
3 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 23
1.5 x 20 feet in the Southwest corner of Lot 23
1.5 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 22
1.5 x 20 feet in the Southwest corner of Lot 22
1.5 x 20 feet in the Northwest corner of Lot 21
all located in Block 3 of Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zone 2.
(b)
A 10 foot public service easement in Block ~ through the westerly portion
of Lot 8 and the easterly portion of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1, extending be-
tween the southerly line of Utah Avenue and the northwesterly line of
Littlefield Avenue
located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zone 1.

7. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution
and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 16th day of November, 1959, by the following vote:
